Practice Owner
Are you an interpersonally-skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst passionate about helping people thrive? We are seeking a certified and experienced BCBA for a part-time position to facilitate exposure work for clients.
Job Type: Part-time (option for Full-time)
Availability: Initial commitment of approximately 4-6 hours / week. The specific number of hours will vary depending on the specific need of clients at the onset of the position.
Work Location: Hybrid
- In-person Requirements: Required — We are looking for someone able to provide in-home services to clients around the SF Bay Area approximately 1-2 days per week on an as-needed basis.
- Remote Requirements: As needed — Telehealth may also be used for exposure work when helpful and needed.
🎓 Degrees
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, education, human development, or related field
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
✔️ Licensing
- Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) -- qualifying applicants are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
💪🏽 Training
- N/A
👩✈️ Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience providing direct Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior therapy
- A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD and related conditions (two or more years are ideal)
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, parents and families

- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
🏆 Bonus Points
- Familiarity with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based therapies
- Familiarity providing exposure therapy for a variety of conditions
Payment Type: Per session
Average Session Rate:
- Associate Level: Negotiated / based on level of experience
- Masters Level: Negotiated / based on level of experience
- Doctoral Level: Negotiated / based on level of experience
