Our private psychotherapy practice is seeking a licensed therapist for a part-time position on our team.
Job Type: Part-time (option for Full-time)
Availability: Must be able to commit up to 12 hours / week
Work Location: Hybrid
- In-person Requirements: Optional β We do not require you to be in the office, though we do have an office to work out of.
- Remote Requirements: As needed β You can work for Pacific CBT as a fully remote employee if you wish.
π Degrees
- LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Psy.D., or Ph.D
- Open to Associates with one year post graduate experience AND a strong desire to learn CBT
βοΈ Licensing
- Active license to practice psychotherapy in the State of California, in good standing
- One year of post-licensure experience
πͺπ½ Training
- Training in DBT, ACT and mindfulness-based therapies
- Specialized training treating anxiety disorders
π©ββοΈ Experience
- Experience with DBT, ACT and mindfulness-based therapies
- Specialized experience treating anxiety disorders
- Familiarity with providing exposure therapy
- Experience with group therapy
π Skills
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented

- Experience working with children, families, and couples
Payment Type: Group members get paid per session
Average Session Rate:
- Associate Level: $30 - $55 / session
- Masters Level: $75 - $90 / session
- Doctoral Level: $85 - $100 / session
Potential for Member Cut to increase over time: Average session rate increase after 6 months and then annually (see Average Session Rate ranges)
Member Cut Ceiling (i.e. highest possible cut): N/A
