Our private psychotherapy practice is seeking a licensed therapist for a part-time position on our team. Work Requirements: __Job Type__: Part-time (option for Full-time) __Availability__: Must be able to commit up to 12 hours / week __Work Location__: Hybrid - **In-person Requirements**: Optional — We do not require you to be in the office, though we do have an office to work out of. - **Remote Requirements**: As needed — You can work for Pacific CBT as a fully remote employee if you wish. Candidate Requirements: ### 🎓 **Degrees** - LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Psy.D., or Ph.D - Open to Associates with one year post graduate experience AND a strong desire to learn CBT ### ✔️ **Licensing** - Active license to practice psychotherapy in the State of California, in good standing - One year of post-licensure experience ### 💪🏽 **Training** - Training in DBT, ACT and mindfulness-based therapies - Specialized training treating anxiety disorders ### 👩‍✈️ **Experience** - Experience with DBT, ACT and mindfulness-based therapies - Specialized experience treating anxiety disorders - Familiarity with providing exposure therapy - Experience with group therapy ### 📈 **Skills** - Strong diagnostic and assessment skills - Well-organized and detail-oriented ### 🏆 **Bonus Points** - Experience working with children, families, and couples Payment Structure: **Payment Type**: Group members get paid per session **Average Session Rate**: - Associate Level: $30 - $55 / session - Masters Level: $75 - $90 / session - Doctoral Level: $85 - $100 / session **Potential for Member Cut to increase over time:** Average session rate increase after 6 months and then annually (see Average Session Rate ranges) **Member Cut Ceiling (i.e. highest possible cut):** N/A Hiring Process: __Interview Process__: 1.
